The Baltimore Country Club is a private country club with 36-hole golf course, clubhouse grounds, pool and tennis facility with over 3,000 total members and 1,000 golfing members. The club features an 18-hole Championship East Course, which was designed by A.W. Tillinghast in 1926, and an 18-hole West Course designed by Bob Cupp and Tom Kite in 1988. The club has hosted the U.S. Open, PGA Championship, U.S. Amateur, the Walker Cup, U.S. Women's Open, the Senior Championship and will host the Big Ten Championship in each of the next two years. It was recognized in 2013 by Links Magazine as one of the 100 Most Prestigious Clubs in the World.
Prior to the Baltimore Country Club, David worked at the Indian Hills Golf Course in Okemos, Mich.
David has extensive knowledge on the management of ryegrass fairways and bent grass greens in the Mid-Atlantic. He has also worked on multiple construction projects with outside contractors including green, tee and bunker renovation.
David graduated with a Bachelor's of Science from Western Michigan University, earned his certificate in Turfgrass Management from Michigan State and his Masters in Turf Management from Penn State.
