Dwan previously served as Regional Vice President, Fan Relationship Management for The Aspire Group. Kevin oversaw The Aspire Group's partnerships with Army, Seton Hall, Minnesota, Miami (OH), Western Michigan, Florida Atlantic, Florida International and UC-Riverside.
Kevin joined The Aspire Group in 2011 as the Manager of the Army Fan Relationship Management Center and was later promoted to Director, Sales & Service for Army Athletics. In three years at Army, he built a sales department that produced over $3 million in new revenues while growing overall revenue and attendance by more than 25 percent.
Before joining The Aspire Group, Kevin served as Director of Marketing & Sales for the athletics department at the University of Richmond, leading a team that produced an increase in men's basketball attendance that ranked in the top 15 in Division I basketball for the 2010-11 season.
Prior to that, Kevin spent time as a member of the athletics department staff at Wichita State University.
Kevin earned his master's degree in sport leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and his bachelor's degree from Lynchburg College, where he was a four-year member of the varsity baseball team.
Kevin and his wife, Taryn, have three daughters, Ashlyn, Teagan and Evelyn.
