Navy IC Sailing Wins Own Spring Interconference Regatta

Mids compete in two other regattas.

As a Freshman: Alex competed in six events during her first season at Navy. These include crewing for fleet racing with the coed team and team racing. Her top performance in fleet racing was a second place overall finish at the Arrigan Memorial and her top performances in team racing include a win at the Tom Noble Team race as well as a second-place finish at the Admiral Moore Team race.

Prior to Navy: Grew up in Frederick, Md. Graduate of Saint John's Catholic Prep class of 2011, team captain of varsity cross country and track teams. Danced ballet for 14 years at Frederick School of Classical Ballet.

Personal: Daughter of Joe and Kirsten and sister of Dominique and Jacqueline. Majoring in Oceanography.
