As a Junior: Connor competed in seven events during his junior year at Navy, where he crewed in both coed fleet race and team race events. Some of his top finishes include a 3rd place finish at the Graham Hall Team Race, a 3rd place finish at the Prosser Trophy, and a 1st place finish at the Truxton Umsted Regatta.
As a Sophomore: Connor competed in five events during his sophomore year as a crew in coed sailing. Some of his top finishes include a 3rd place finish at the Central Fall Number 1 and a 1st place finish at the Hobart Williams Smith Intersectional.
As a Freshman: Connor competed in five events during his first year at Navy. He competed as a crew in coed sailing. Some memorable finishes for the year were a first at the Arrigan Memorial regatta and a second place at the MAISA Spring Open.
Prior to Navy: Lived in Flemington, N.J., his whole life. Graduated from Hunterdon Central Regional High School in 2010 and did a preparatory year at Valley Forge Military College while funded by the Naval Academy Foundation. Played soccer his whole life including the varsity team in high school and at Valley Forge. Son of Dan and Lisa Hendi and has an older brother, Cameron, who is a graduate of the University of Delaware. Majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
