The Navy offshore sailing team competed in the NASS Race to Oxford race this past weekend.

Peter Gibbons Neff led his 15-man Midshipman crew to a second-place finish (out of 10 boats) in class and the fleet aboard the 52' Invictus and was top performing Naval Academy boat in the regatta. Emily Frost skippered Defiance to a fourth-place showing (out of 19 boats) in its class. Alex Dolan skippered Dreadnought to fifth place (out of 10) in the J105 class.

Next up for the team is the Shields Trophy Regatta, which is hosted by Navy this weekend in Annapolis.
