ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy offshore sailing team had three crews competing in two events this past weekend, coming away with mixed results.

In the final weekend of Annapolis Yacht Club's Fall Series, Emily Frost skippered Defiance to a first-place finish out of 14 boats in class PHRF A2, just a scant half-point ahead of teammate Peter Gibbons-Neff, who skippered Integrity to second place in the seven-race series.

Ralph Grossmann skippered Seawolf to seventh place (out of nine boats) in the Farr 40 North American Championships held this past Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Next up for the team is the McMillan Cup this coming weekend.
