SOPHOMORE (2011): Planeta appeared in seven smallbore events and seven air rifle events as a sophomore ... averaged a 548.4 smallbore average in his seven events, shooting a season-high 556 during the President's Trophy ... averaged a 573.4 score in air rifle, a 7.9-point improvement from his sophomore season ... was over 570 in every competition but one (Army) ... recorded a career-best 577 against the University of the Sciences on October 9 ... also scored back-to-back 576s against MIT and in the President's Trophy.
