Frazier and Williams Named NRA All-Americans

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Navy senior Ryan Williams and junior Steven Frazier have both been named to the National Rifle Association All-America teams. Frazier earned Second-Team NRA Collegiate All-America honors in smallbore, while Williams earned honorable mention accolades in air rifle.
Frazier led Navy in smallbore with a 577.9 season average and shot a career-high score of 583 in the President's Trophy match in November. He is Navy's first NRA Second-Team All-America selection in smallbore since Chris Burleson in 2011.
Williams led Navy all year in air rifle and finished with a season average of 585.8. His season-high 592 against Ole Miss on Feb. 3 was the highest total by any Midshipman in the discipline this season. He also ranked second on the team this season in smallbore average at 569.9. Williams is Navy's first NRA Honorable Mention All-America selection air rifle since Burleson in 2010.
