• Member of Navy's Division I collegiate football team ... Did not see varsity game action, but suited up as a backup quarterback

High School 
• A two-sport athlete who earned letters in baseball (4) and football (4) at Choctaw High School; played baseball for coach Shane Hawk
• Earned All-State (2015) and All-Oklahoma City Area (2014, 2015) accolades in baseball 
 As a football player, garnered Second-Team All-State, all-district, all-city and all-conference honors in football his senior year
• Spent the 2015-16 school year prepping at NAPS 

• Son of Tony and Dee Llanusa
 Father was a standout wrestler at North Carolina (1995) who won the 190-pound ACC title in 1995 and qualified for the NCAA Championship multiple times
 Mother was on Team USA's power tumbling team. She helped win a silver medal in the World Cup
 Sister, Ana was the 2017 Oklahoma Gatorade High School Basketball Player of the Year and started playing on the University of Oklahoma team in 2017-18 season
 Was a power tumbling national champion in grade school
 Participated in National Honor Society at Choctaw
