• Member of a Winter Park team that went 24-6 and reached the FHSAA Class 8A regional finals in 2014
• Served as team captain for both his baseball and football teams as a senior in 2014-15
• Selected by Perfect Game to its 2015 All-Florida Region honorable mention team and 2014 underclass honorable mention team

Personal
• Son of Jeff and Mary
• Hobbies include fishing, golfing, spending time with friends, eating and sleeping
• Participated in National Honor Society, Beta Club and FCA, in addition to serving as a student body representative at Winter Park
• Three family members played either collegiate or professional baseball: father Jeff at Central Florida, cousin Ryan Colton at Stetson and cousin Kyle Colton in the minors with the Atlanta Braves (’99-’03)
• Two teammates from the Florida Burn club program are playing DI baseball: Florida IF Deacon Liput ‘19, Florida State RHP Chase Haney ’19. Football teammate at Winter Park Tommy Whitted ’19 is a linebacker at Michigan
