2016 (Junior):
• Completed his junior season with a career-high 10-game hitting streak (5/8-6/5) as part of a 20-game reached base streak (4/17-6/5)
• Hit .421 (16-38) over nine games in the postseason (PL & NCAA) with three home runs and nine RBIs. Slugged .711 and scored seven runs … Drove in the game-winning run in Navy’s 1-0 victory in game three of the Patriot League Finals … Went 3-for-7 with two RBI, two runs and one home run versus Saint Mary’s (6/4) in the Mids’ win
• Led Navy in batting average (.385), slugging percentage (.630), home runs (5) and was second in on-base percentage (.430) and doubles (14). Ranked fourth in RBIs (31).
• Ranked 24th nationally in batting average and 40th in slugging percentage
• For batters with 125 or more at bats, Saile’s batting average and slugging percentage marks were tops in the Patriot League. 
• Finished the season with 12 multi-hit and seven multi-RBI games
• Only went without a hit in 11 games (6 of which were pinch-hitting assignments)
• Batting average was between .312 and .400 all season
• Took over as starting 1B on April 5 and started 29 games down the stretch 
• Hit .523 versus LHP, .319 versus RHP and .342 with runners on base

2015 (Sophomore):

• Played in 37 games with 33 starts with 30 starting nods as a DH and three in right field
• Tied for team lead with two home runs as he connected for homers at Army (4/25) and Georgetown (4/29); the first two of his career
• Had eight multi-hit games, including a season-high three on three separate occasions
• Recorded eight multi-RBI games with three separate four-RBI contests with the most recent occurrence at home versus Lafayette (5/9) in the Patriot League semifinals
• Began the year by going 4-13 for a .308 batting average with three runs scored, five RBIs and two doubles in opening series at North Carolina A&T
• An arm injury early in the season limited his play on the field to those three games at North Carolina A&T (2/13-14) before coming back and settling into the starting DH role beginning versus NYIT on March 13
• In a late season seven-game span: at Army (4/25-26), at Georgetown (4/29) and at home against Lafayette (5/9-10) in the postseason, he combined to go 9-21 for a .429 batting average with two home runs, three doubles and 10 RBIs

2014 (Freshman):
• Appeared in 44 games with 40 starts with 28 as RF and 12 as DH
• Registered his first career hit versus Monmouth (3/8); for the day went 2-4 with one run scored and one RBI versus the Hawks
• Had nine multi-hit games, including three-hit days versus Delaware State (3/20) and Army (4/27)
• In home matchup against Delaware State (3/20) he went 3-for-5 with two doubles, four RBIs and a run scored
• Had multiple RBIs on five separate occasions
• Combined to hit .254 in 18 Patriot League contests with nine runs scored and eight RBIs
• Recorded the second-most doubles on the Mids with eight
• Hit .273 versus LHP
• Hit .309 with runners in scoring position
• Team-high 14 RBIs with two outs

High School:

• Three-year varsity letterwinner at Jesuit High School for Richie Warren
• Named to Rawlings All-Region team in 2013: Florida Honorable Mention
• Honored on the Hillsborough All-County team in 2013
• Jesuit was ranked No. 1 nationally for a period of time in each of Saile's three seasons and won FHSAA district titles each year
• Also earned two varsity letters as a QB on Jesuit's football team

• Four teammates at Jesuit (Senior Class ‘13) are currently playing in the minor leagues or in college: St. Louis Cardinal farmhands LHP John Kilichowski and RHP Spencer Trayner, University of Tampa 1B Adrian Chacon and South Florida OF Daniel Portales
• Houston Astro 2012 First Round pick and current Major Leaguer Lance McCullers was teammate of Saile during the 2011 and ‘12 seasons at Jesuit
