Navy Hosts Bucknell with Patriot League Regular Season Baseball Title on the Line
- The Navy baseball team will conclude its regular season campaign with a four-game home series versus Bucknell this Saturday and Sunday ... Currently sitting in first place, two games ahead of Holy Cross (11-5), the Mids (33-13, 13-3 PL) control their destiny and need three wins to clinch the regular season title and number one seed in the Patriot League postseason tournament against the third-place Bison (18-23, 9-7 PL).

Saturday’s doubleheader will have extra attention on it as it will be broadcast live nationally on the CBS Sports Network ... Carter Blackburn (PxP) and Kevin Stocker (Color) will have the call on the broadcast ... The Mids have won 136 games over that four-year span, the best four-year mark in the 122 years of Navy baseball.

Around the league, Navy is aiming to hold off Holy Cross, who travels to sixth-place Lafayette for a series, while fifth-place Lehigh is looking to ride a seven-game winning streak into the postseason and overtake Army, who currently sits in fourth, one game ahead of the Mountain Hawks ... The top-four teams will advance into the playoffs with best-of-three semifinal action slated for May 13-14 ... The best-of-three finals will proceed May 20-21.
