As A Junior (2004-05)
Played in just four varsity games ... produced four points at Ohio (Dec. 4), where he knocked down a field goal and a pair of free throws ... also saw action against Belmont (Dec. 6), Gettysburg (Dec. 18) and Columbia (Jan. 17).

As A Sophomore (2003-04)
Dressed for 25 of the 28 games, but did not see varsity action until the fifth game of the season Dec. 6 at UCF ... scored in seven of the 15 games in which he played ... the UCF game marked his first-career appearance in a varsity game ... produced four points, two rebounds, three assists and two steals ... followed up with a free throw and an assist in three minutes of action against Gettysburg (Dec. 13) ... played 19 minutes as a backup against Washington (Md.) College (Dec. 18), scoring a bucket, while adding a career-high tying three rebounds and three assists ... scored a then career-high six points in just six minutes against Ohio (Dec. 20) ... was perfect from the field, hitting both field goals, including his first-career three-pointer, while knocking down his only free throw of the contest ... tied his career high in assists by dealing out three at Rice (Dec. 22) ... had a nice performance against Holy Coss (Jan. 23) coming off the bench ... produced a career-high eight points by knocking down both field goal attempts and connecting on four of the seven free throw attempts ... made his first-collegiate start Feb. 20 against Colgate.

Attended Belleville High School in Michigan his freshman and sophomore years as a prep before moving to Indiana in November of his junior year where he attended and graduated from Bloomington High School in 2001 ... letterwinner in football and cross country at Belleville High School and earned two letters in basketball at Bloomington High School ... directed basketball team to a 25-1 record and was the Class 4A runner-up in the 2000 Indiana State Basketball Championship ... high school teammate of Washington Wizards forward Jared Jeffries ... named basketball co-MVP, along with current teammate Leonard Green, at the Naval Academy Prep School in 2001-02 ... member of the National Honor Society ... majoring in economics ... full name is Kelvin Lee Boatner ... son of Melvin and Nancy Boatner ... born Dec. 18, 1982, in Sacramento, Calif.
