STONY BROOK, N.Y. (AP) -Greg Sprink scored 29 points to lead Navy to an 87-76 victory over Stony Brook on Sunday.

Chris Harris came off the bench to add 21 for the Midshipmen (3-1) and reserve Adam Teague had 19.

Mike Popoko and Ricky Lucas each had 20 points for the Seawolves (2-2), who were coming off the biggest win in school history - on Friday night, they won 59-51 at Penn State.

Lucas had seven points as Stony Brook, which scored the game's first nine points, jumped out to a 15-4 lead. Navy responded with a 19-5 run behind Sprink's seven points and a pair of 3-pointers by Harris. The Middies increased their lead to 34-24 on a 3-pointer by Teague.

After the home team moved within 43-42 on Popko's jumper at 13:52 of the second half, Navy hit four unanswered 3-pointers - two by Teague - to build the lead to 55-42.
