ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Clif Colbert scored 19 points to lead Navy to an 86-54 rout of Susquehanna Thursday night.

The Mids (5-5) have won five of their last six games after starting 0-4 and are at .500 or better after 10 games for the first time since starting the 2000-01 season at 6-4.

The margin of victory was the largest for the Mids since an 85-36 win over Gettysburg on Dec. 14, 2002.

Susquehanna (2-8) lost for the fourth straight time.

For Navy, Kaleo Kina and Greg Sprink added 11 points each and Carlton Baldwin chipped in 10 points as the Mids shot a season-best 55.8 percent.

Susquehanna was led by Matt Effler's 14 points and seven rebounds and Andy Gaebel added 11 points. The Crusaders shot 40.8 percent from the field. Navy outrebounded Susquehanna 37-23 and had 18 steals, five by Colbert.

Kina also added six assists to lead the Mids.

The Crusaders led 7-2 just over two minutes into the game before Navy went on a 28-4 run over the next nine minutes, 27 seconds to go in front 30-11 with 8:19 to play.
