Saturday's Game Basics
Navy (7-11, 2-5 PL) will host Holy Cross (10-9, 4-3 PL) on Saturday at 7:00 PM at Alumni Hall. Navy is looking to rebound after an overtime loss at home on Wednesday to Lehigh. Holy Cross enters the weekend on a three-game winning streak. Saturday night's game will follow the annual Navy basketball alumni game, which will be played at 3:30 PM in Alumni Hall.

Fans without Department of Defense credentials must park outside of the U.S. Naval Academy grounds. Fans may park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium for $5. Buses will run every 15 minutes starting at 3:00 PM prior to the alumni game and will continue running until one hour after the Navy-Holy Cross game.
Navy is coming off a 68-66 overtime loss to Lehigh on Wednesday.
Worth Smith scored a career-high 26 points and had seven rebounds, five steals and two blocks but the Mids came up just short.
Navy's seven turnovers against Lehigh were the fewest the Mids have had in a game since the 1997-1998 season, 16 years ago.

Holy Cross Storylines
Holy Cross enters Saturday's game at 10-9 overall and 4-3 in the Patriot League.
The Crusaders have won three straight games, most recently defeating Lafayette, 59-58, on Wednesday.
Holy Cross has also defeated Lehigh (61-42) and Army (78-75) during its winning streak.
Senior center Dave Dudzinski leads Holy Cross and ranks third in the Patriot League in scoring (15.2) while also leading the team and the league in rebounding (7.2).
Sophomore guard Cullen Hamilton is second on the team with 11.8 points and junior forward Malcolm Miller is third with 10.2.
Freshman forward Malachi Alexander is a four-time Patriot League Rookie of the Week.
Alexander is averaging 9.0 points and 4.3 rebounds.
Head coach Milan Brown is in his fourth season at Holy Cross and has a record of 45-62.
Series History vs. Holy Cross
Holy Cross leads the all-time series, 37-18, and has a 31-17 edge in the Patriot League era.
Holy Cross has won three straight games at Alumni Hall and six straight in the series overall.
The teams will be meeting for the 23rd time in Alumni Hall with each team winning 11 games.
Navy's last win in the series came on Feb. 17, 2010 in Annapolis with an 83-80 score.
Worth Smith averaged 18.0 points and 6.5 rebounds in his two games against Holy Cross last season. Smith also scored 13 against the Crusaders during his freshman season.
Navy will hit the halfway mark of conference play on Wednesday when the team plays American at Bender Arena in Washington, D.C.
Following the American game, Navy will play each of the nine other Patriot League members one more time.
American enters the weekend in first place in the conference at 7-0 under first-year head coach Mike Brennan.
Smith Joins Exclusive Club at Navy
In Navy's game against Lehigh on Jan. 22, Worth Smith scored 26 points, pulled down seven rebounds and had five steals and two blocks.
In the game, Smith surpassed 700 points for his career, 400 rebounds, 75 blocks and had his 70th steal.
Smith has career totals of 703 points, 406 rebounds, 76 blocks and 70 steals.
Only three other players in Navy basketball history have reached the milestones of 700-400-70-70.
David Robinson ('87) tallied 2,669 points, 1,314 rebounds, 516 blocks and 160 steals.
Eddie Reddick ('91) collected 1,366 points, 875 rebounds, 76 blocks and 111 steals.
Sitapha Savane ('00) amassed 943 points, 533 rebounds, 189 blocks and 103 steals.
Alumni Game to be Held Saturday; 1994 Squad to be Honored at Halftime
The annual Navy men's basketball alumni game will be played on Saturday at 3:30 PM at Alumni Hall.
Admission is free to the game.
Fans attending the game must have a military ID to drive on to the Naval Academy grounds.
If you do not have a military ID, you can take the free shuttle bus from the press box side of Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium starting at 3 PM.
There is a $5 charge to park at the stadium.
Twenty-five former players will be coming back for the game, including 20 that will be playing in the contest.
Seven players from the 1994 NCAA Tournament team will be playing in the alumni game.
The players are back at USNA for the 20-year reunion of the NCAA Tournament Appearance.
That team will be honored at halftime of the men's basketball game against Holy Cross.
Navy went 17-13 in 1994 and finished 9-5 in the Patriot League.
After starting 0-3 in the Patriot League, Navy won nine of its final 11 conference games to finish in a four-way tie for first place.
Navy defeated Army (96-84), Holy Cross (93-91 in overtime) and Colgate (78-76) to win the Patriot League Tournament before falling to Missouri (76-53) in the NCAA Tournament.
