Wednesday's Game Basics
The Navy men's basketball team (9-18, 4-12 PL) will begin the final week of the regular season with a home game against American (16-11, 12-4 PL) on Wednesday at 7:00 PM at Alumni Hall. Navy will conclude the regular season at home against Loyola on Saturday at 2:00 PM.
The Patriot League Tournament will begin on Monday, March 3 with two first round games. The #10 seed will play at the #7 seed and the #9 seed will play at the #8 seed. Navy is currently tied with Colgate for ninth place and is locked into playing in the first round on Monday. The site and opponent of the first round matchup has yet to be determined.
Free live video of the Navy-American game will be available on the Patriot League Digital Network with Pete Medhurst and Michael Heary handling the announcing duties. The game can also be heard in the Annapolis area on WNAV 1430 AM / 99.9 FM.

Fans without Department of Defense credentials must park outside of the U.S. Naval Academy grounds. Fans may park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium for $5. Buses will run every 15 minutes starting one hour before the game and will continue running for one hour after the game's completion. Fans can also walk through the pedestrian gate (Gate 3) off of Maryland Ave.
Navy is tied for ninth place in the Patriot League with Colgate at 4-12 with two league games remaining.
Navy will play in one of the inaugural Patriot League Tournament First Round games on Monday, March 3.
Navy most recently lost at Holy Cross on Sunday, 74-57.
Senior Thurgood Wynn scored a team-high 14 points against the Crusaders.

With Navy's nine overall wins, head coach Ed DeChellis has increased his win total in each of his first three years at Navy. The Mids won three games in 2012 and eight in 2013.
With its four conference wins, Navy has doubled its 2013 total of two.

American enters Wednesday's game in second place in the Patriot League at 12-4 and 16-11 overall.
