ANNAPOLIS, Md.-Navy junior quarterback Ricky Dobbs (Douglasville, Ga.) threw out the first pitch on Saturday afternoon before the Douglasville Bulls game against the Alpharetta Phillies. The two teams play in the Sunbelt League, which is a summer league for college baseball players.
