Army-Navy Trivia Contests, Fan Polls Set to Begin

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Army-Navy Game presented by USAA is only 30 days away and to help the countdown, a trivia contest and fan polls are now live.
The Army-Navy Game will be held Dec. 8 at Lincoln Financial Field and an expanded Social Media presence around the game will allow fans more opportunities than ever to participate.
The 30-day trivia contest gets underway today. Questions will be tweeted and posted on Facebook, but correct answers must be submitted to the Facebook page. Each day, those who answer correctly will be placed in a random drawing. At the end of the trivia contest, a victor of the 30 winners will be selected and receive four tickets to the game, four pregame on-field passes and a parking pass.
A weekly fan poll will also be launched this week at armynavygame.com as well as the Army navy Game Facebook page. New polls will be posted weekly.
Fans are also reminded to participate in the popular spirit videos around the football game. Fans can send their spirit videos to email@example.com and they will be posted to youtube.com/ArmyNavyFootballGame. A winning video from both Army and Navy will be chosen and played on the Lincoln Financial Field video board during the game. The producer of the winning video from each side will be given two tickets to this year's game, two pregame on-field passes and a parking pass.
Fans are encouraged to send in their photos as well to be used in Facebook albums and Pinterest boards. Spirit photos, game action, memories of the game and other pertinent photos can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A memories section will be added to Tumblr and armynavygame.com allowing players, fans and coaches to share their memories of the rivalry. Please send your favorite Army-Navy Game memories to email@example.com.
A host of individuals associated with the game, including current and former players, will be available for on-line chats leading up to the game and on the day of the contest as well.
A scavenger hunt will begin later this month in Philadelphia. Each day, clues will be tweeted to @Army_Navy_Game and posted on the official Facebook page, ArmyNavyFootballGame, to help fans find a gold 2010 Army-Navy USAA Game coin. Once fans find the clue, they need to submit a photo with the coin in the area it was found and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. The first person to send an e-mail with a photo of the coin in the area it was hidden will be that day's winner. At the end of the 10 days, the correct choice from each day will then be placed in a random drawing. The selected winner will receive four tickets to the game, four pregame on-field passes and a parking pass.
In addition to the game lead-up, a bevy of activities are planned for game day itself.
Fans are encouraged to visit the Army-Navy Social Media Hub within HeadHouse Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field. Photo and Twitter contests and scavenger hunts will be conducted within Army-Navy FanFest and around the stadium on game day.
Following the game, flip-cam coverage of the many events surrounding the game will be provided by players, cadets and midshipmen as well as fans that submit clips.
Facebook albums and Pinterest boards will be built during the game as well with fans encouraged to submit their photos for inclusion throughout the day. Fans can interact at @Army_Navy_Game as well.
