ANNAPOLIS, Md.-ESPN and the Mid-American Conference announced today that Tuesday's Navy-Northern Illinois football game will be televised on ESPN Classic, which is available in more than 60 million homes, and on ESPN360.com. Kickoff is 6 p.m. local time (7 p.m. Eastern). Eric Collins will call the play-by-play, while Shaun King will serve as the color analyst.
Tuesday's game is also available on the Navy Radio Network with Bob Socci, Omar Nelson and Pete Medhurst calling the action. The Navy Football Radio Network will provide more than six hours of coverage starting at 5 p.m. (Eastern) with its pregame show on 1430 WNAV hosted by Medhurst and Joe Miller. The Navy Football Pregame show will get underway at 6 p.m. with Socci, Nelson and Medhurst setting the scene from Dekalb, followed by game action starting at 7 p.m.
The Navy Radio Network includes the following stations: 1430 AM WNAV (Annapolis), 1090 AM WBAL (Baltimore), 1050 AM, 1500 AM, 820 AM WFED (Washington, D.C.), 1520 AM WTRI (Frederick, Md.), 102.1 FM and 1490 AM WXTG (Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads) and Sirius Satellite Radio (channel TBA).
The Navy-Northern Illinois game was regularly scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 22, but was moved by the Mid-American Conference and ESPN for television.
