PHILADELPHIA - The Army-Navy Game presented by USAA is well on its way to being a sellout, but a few tickets remain available to the public. For the first time, Philadelphia is offering fans an opportunity to experience the game via premium packages, which include exclusive tickets at midfield or the Club Level. The game will be played on December 12 at Lincoln Financial Field.
The luxury packages include premium, lower level seats, access to the pre-game VIP Tailgate in the Hall of Fame Club at Citizens Bank Park, a VIP pre-game sideline pass and parking. The package runs $350 per person.
The second luxury option, which includes seating on the Club Level, also offers access to the VIP Tailgate at Citizens Bank Park, a pre-game sideline pass and parking, and runs $275 per person.
To purchase either premium package, fans should call 1-888-332-CLUB (2582).
In addition, a limited number of standing room tickets are also now on sale. They cost $45 each, and can be purchased at all Philadelphia-area Ticketmaster outlets, online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Army-Navy Game was recently ranked fifth among "Best Sporting Events to See Live," behind only the Masters, World Cup, Super Bowl, and Summer Olympics, according to a new book The 100 Sporting Events You Must See Live (Robert Tuchman, BenBella Books, 2009).
This year's Army-Navy Game marks the 110th edition of the interservice rivalry, and the 82nd game played in Philadelphia. It will be televised nationally by CBS and carried worldwide by Westwood One and Armed Forces Radio.
