Mike Burke

Entering his fifth season as Navy's volunteer assistant coach is Mike Burke.

A native of Cape May Court House, N.J., Burke came to Annapolis in the spring of 2007 serving as a member of the Academy's Golf Professional Staff. A PGA Class "A" Professional since 2007, he joined the Mids' coaching staff in 2008.

Burke is a 2006 graduate of Clemson University, earning his bachelors degree in Professional Golf Management.

Prior to his arrival at the Academy, Burke served internships at the Brentwood (Calif.) Country Club, the Seaview Marriott (N.J.), the Air Force Academy (Colo.) and Brandon Dunes (Ore.).

A proven master of the links, Burke passed the PGA Playing Ability Test on his first attempt.
