2011 - SOPHOMORE: Sopko appeared in 16 games with eight starts and recorded three points (1 g, 1 a) during the season ... his start against UNC Greensboro was the first of his career and he responded with an assist on Navy's game-winning goal in the 82nd minute ... scored one of Navy's biggest goals of the season, an overtime game-winner in the 94th minute of Navy's 2-1 win over Holy Cross which kept Navy's hopes of a Patriot League Tournament appearance alive ... started eight straight games from Sept. 17 against UNC Greensboro to Oct. 14 vs. Lehigh.

2010 - FRESHMAN: Sopko had an outstanding freshman season, appearing in all 16 games while ranking third on the team in points (10) and goals (3) and pacing the squad in assists (4) ... his four assists tied for the fourth most by a Navy freshman in school history ... was a two-time winner of the Patriot League Rookie of the Week accolade ... earned Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors for the first time on Sept. 7, when he scored five points in Navy's first two games of the year ... dished out his first career assist on Navy's third goal of the contest in a 3-1 win over Wofford in the season opener ... followed that performance up with a four-point performance (1 g, 2 a) against VMI in the season's second game of the year ... his assists came on Navy's first and fourth goals of the game and his goal closed out the scoring in Navy's 5-0 win over the Keydets ... then added a goal in the next game, the first goal of the contest, in Navy's 2-0 win over UMBC, earning him Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors for the second straight week ... added an assist in the 4-0 win over George Washington and scored Navy's goal in a 2-1 loss to North Carolina State ... recorded four shots against VMI and three vs. George Washington.
