Uyehara had a sensational freshman season, being one of two players (Alex Foskett the other) to start all 19 games ... ranked tied for fourth on the tem in points (5), but was tied for the team lead in goals (2) ... was third on the team in shots (18) ... started the season as a forward, but was moved to defenseman prior to the Army game ... both of his goals were of the game-winning variety ... netted the game-winning goal in Navy's 2-0 victory over Saint Francis (Pa.) in the UMBC / adidas Kick-off Classic ... added second career goal in Navy's 1-0 win over Howard ... dished out an assist against Loyola (Md.) ... was named to the UMBC / adidas Kick-off Classic all-tournament team ... recorded three shots against Saint Joseph's, Saint Francis (Pa.) and Lafayette.
