ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- NavySports.com recently sat down with Navy junior defenseman Giiehti Christian to find out more about the men's soccer player from Dover, Del. Christian is an excellent student, sporting a 3.47 GPA in information technology and being a two-time member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. His dream job is to become an engineer for Google.

The Navy men's soccer team opens its 2011 season on Friday, Aug. 26 with an 8:00 pm match a VCU and on Sunday, Aug. 28 at Old Dominion. The home opener will be the following Thursday (Sept. 1) against Fairleigh Dickinson beginning at 7:00 pm at the Glenn Warner Soccer Facility.
