Navy hosts Franklin Pierce in Sprint Football action

• Named to All-CSFL First Team
• Led the league with 12 passes defended (9 break-ups and 3 interceptions)
• League-best three interceptions totaled 63 yards returned; had picks versus Princeton, Cornell and Franklin Pierce
• Played in and started all seven games as a junior defensive back and recorded 23 tackles (18 solo and 5 assisted)
• Made a career-high six tackles at Mansfield (Sept. 27)

• Moved to the defensive side of the ball as a sophomore
• Recognized on the All-CSFL Honorable Mention Team
• Appeared in all six games and finished the year with 11 total tackles
• Twice had four tackles in a single-game, versus Cornell (Oct. 19) and at Army (Oct. 26)
• Intercepted two passes in home games versus Cornell (Oct. 19) and Penn (Nov. 1)


• Rushed a total of 34 times for 91 yards (2.7 avg.)
• Had touchdown runs of 3, 9 and 2 yards in a 37-14 win over Post (Sept. 28)
• Carried the ball 12 times for a season-high 36 yards and one touchdown vs. Coppin State (Sept. 14)

High School:
• Earned all-league and team MVP honors as a senior at Mansfield High School
• Captained the wrestling and football teams as a senior and also picked up all-league honors in both sports
• As a senior he was named outstanding wrestler and the lacrosse team's hardest worker
