Navy Sprint Football to Take on Princeton

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy sprint football team travels to Princeton, N.J. Friday to take on Princeton at 7:30 p.m.

The Midshipmen are 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the Collegiate Sprint Football League. Navy is coming off a heartbreaking loss to Penn Friday night at Rip Miller Field, 28-27, in overtime. It was the first overtime game in Navy history.

Wide receiver Ben Wilson (Sr./Cincinnati, Ohio) had a solid showing with six catches for 108 yards and two touchdowns. Roger Callahan (So./Loogootee, Ind.) also had a good game, rushing for101 yards on 18 carries.

The Tigers are winless this season at 0-3. Their recent loss came at the hands of Army, a 57-14 drubbing at the Pride Bowl in Newark, N.J.
