Army (5-1, 2-1 CSFL) is coming into Friday's action after suffering a 20-16 loss to Penn on Nov. 3., falling out of first place. Navy (3-2, 2-1) heads into Friday's game fresh off a bye week. The Mids defeated Princeton, 19-0, back on Oct. 27. Army defeated the Mids, 21-7, earlier this season at the 18th-Annual Anthracite Bowl in St. Clair, Pa. The two teams played each other twice last season, with Navy defeating Army, 12-10, in the Anthracite Bowl and Army returning the favor in the season finale at West Point, 38-15. Friday's contest holds a little added significance. It will be played on the 225th birthday of the United States Marine Corps. The Mids have four coaches on staff that are officers in the Corps: Maj. Austin Renforth, Gunnery Sgt. Todd Grimes, 2nd Lt. Jason Martin and 2nd Lt. Brian O'Shea. The faculty representative is Capt. Chris Morton, USMC.
