Athletic Honors: Selected as the 2009 Patriot League Rookie of the Year and the 2011 league swimmer of the year ... has garnered first-team all-league laurels in each of his three seasons ... earned 2010 and `11 Honorable Mention Mid-Major All-America honors from CollegeSwimming.com.
2010-11: Won the 200 free, 500 free and 200 back events at the Patriot League Championship ... also helped the Mids win the 400 medley, 400 free and 800 free relay events ... received five Patriot League Swimmer-of-the-Week nods ... posted 24 wins and three second-place finishes in 27 events during the regular season.
2010 Summer: Competed at the U.S. Summer Nationals.

2008-09: Set a Navy and league record in the 200 free with his opening time of 1:36.29 in the 800 free relay at the Patriot League Meet ... won both the 100 free and 200 free and placed second in the 500 free at the league meet ... his times in the 100 and 500 events were both career bests ... posted 11 wins in 17 200 free races during the regular season.
High School: Graduated from Parkland High School ... won 2008 state titles in the 200 and 500 freestyle events ... set district records in both events during his prep career ... selected as the swimmer of the meet at the state championship as a senior ... was a member of the National Honor Society.
