Academic Honors -- Has been named to the Superintendent's List three times, the Dean's List once and to the Commandant's List six times ... garnered Honorable Mention Scholar-All-America honors from the CSCAA in 2012 ... earned a spot on the 2011 and `12 Patriot League All-Academic Teams ... named to the 2010 and `12 Patriot League Academic Honor Rolls.

Athletic Honors -- Named First-Team All-Patriot League in 2011 and `12 ... earned 2011 and `12 Honorable Mention Mid-Major All-America honors from

2012 Summer -- Placed 60th in the 200 fly and tied for 71st place in the 100 fly at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials.

2011-12 -- Won the 200 IM and placed second in both butterfly events at the Patriot League Championship ... set a Navy career-best time and the No. 5 time in school history in the 100 fly at the meet (48.02) ... also posted Navy's ninth-best time in the 200 IM at the championship (1:47.60) ... was a member of Navy's winning 800 freestyle relay team at the league meet ... won the 200 IM in five dual meets during the regular season and placed second four other times in the event on the year.

2010-11 -- Won the 200 IM and placed second in the 200 fly at the Patriot League Meet ... placed 13th in the trial heats of the 400 IM at the championship, but did not swim in the event's consolation final ... his 400 IM time of 4:00.80 at the meet remains his fastest clocking while at Navy ... won the 200 IM against Army and again vs. UMBC during the regular season ... also recorded seven second-place showings on the year.

2009-10 -- Placed second in the 400 IM, third in the 200 fly and seventh in the 200 IM at the ECAC Meet ... recorded season-best times in each at the championship.

High School -- Graduated from The Westminster Schools ... was a member of state title-winning swimming teams in his first three years at the school ... garnered all-state (Ga.) and All-America laurels as both a junior and senior ... selected as the MVP of his swimming team as a senior.

Personal -- Ocean engineering major.
