Academic Honors –– Was named to the 2016 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... has garnered academic honors from the USNA in three semesters.

Athletic Honors –– Earned First-Team All-Patriot League laurels in 2015 and ‘16.

Summer 2016 –– Competed in the 100 breaststroke event at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials (1:03.72) .

2015-16 –– Won the 200 breast, placed second in the 100 breast and won the consolation final of the 200 IM at the Patriot League Championship ... helped the Mids win both medley relay events during the league meet ... accrued 12 wins in 13 100 breast races during the regular season (was DQ’ed in additional race), while winning all 11 of his 200 breast competitions ... his 24 individual event victories led Navy, as did his 13 relay event wins ... posted a career-best time of 1:55.48 in winning the 200 breast at the league meet ... recorded career-best times of 52.98 in the 100 breast and 1:48.81 in the 200 IM in winning both events against Army West Point ... was tabbed as the league swimmer of the week four times, and was selected as the national swimmer of the week following his efforts against the Black Knights.

2014-15 –– Won both breaststroke events and placed fifth in the 200 IM at the Patriot League Championship ... also helped Navy win the 400 medley relay and place second in the 200 medley relay at the meet ... set season-best times in the 100 breast (54.02) and 200 IM (1:50.05) during the championship ... posted nine wins in each breaststroke event during the regular season ... was named as the Patriot League Swimmer of the Week once.

2013-14 –– Won both breaststroke events at the ECAC Meet ... posted a season-best time of 55.39 to win the 100 breast, then posted a 1:57.50 to win the 200 breast ... also placed 12th in the 200 IM at the meet ... recorded three wins in the 100 breast and one in the 200 breast during the regular season.

High School –– Graduated from UMS-Wright Preparatory School ... was a four-year member of the school’s swimming team ... holds the Alabama state record in the 100 breast (55.01) ... swam for the City of Mobile Swim Association.

Personal –– Ocean engineering major.
