2005 Summer -- Competed in April's 50 and 100 freestyle events at the World Championship Trials in Indianapolis, Ind., advancing to the C level final in the 50 free ... also competed in August's ConocoPhillips National Championship in Irvine, Calif., in both sprint freestyle events and in a trio of relay events.
2004-05 -- Recovered from a broken neck during the 2004 summer to return to the pool in late fall ... placed second in both sprint freestyle events and sixth in the 200 free at the Patriot League Championship ... recorded season-best times in the preliminary heats for each of the three events -- 20.16 in the 50 free, 44.76 in the 100 free, 1:42.13 in the 200 free ... helped Navy win a trio of relay titles at the league meet ... also placed fifth in the 50 free and ninth in the 100 free at the EISL Championship ... won six of his eight 100 free races and tallied five wins in the 50 free during the regular season.
