Academic Honors -- Was named to Navy's Commandant's List for the 2009 spring term.

Athletic Honors -- Earned First-Team All-Patriot League honors in 2008.

2008-09 -- Placed 11th in the 200 back at the ECAC Meet ... his best backstroke times on the year came against Army with marks of 52.83 in the 100 and 1:52.37 in the 200 ... won the 200 backstroke five times during the regular season.

2007-08 -- Won the 200 back while placing third in the 100 back and 12th in the 200 fly at the Patriot League Meet ... attained career-best times in all three events at the championship ... won the 200 back against Dartmouth, Catholic and Loyola during the regular season.

High School -- Graduated from duPont Manual High School ... competed in swimming and baseball ... swimming team totaled four state titles during his career ... garnered all-state accolades as a junior and senior and earned All-American recognition in 2007 ... selected as the team MVP for his final season.
