Academic Honors –– Was selected as the 2016 Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year for men’s tennis ... has earned National Scholar-Athlete status from the ITA in 2015, ‘16 and ‘17 .... has received academic honors from the USNA in five semesters ... was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2015, ‘16 and ‘17.

2016-17 –– Posted an 8-9 record in singles during the spring season ... played at all six singles flights, with at least three matches coming at Nos. 2-5 singles ... tallied an 8-7 record in doubles during the spring ... played at least four matches at each of the three flights ... he and Andrew Hicks combined for a 5-3 record as a tandem.

2015-16 –– Ranked second on the team and first among returning players with 24 singles wins on the season ... was 24-8 as a whole, including 17-4 in dual matches ... also compiled an overall doubles record of 17-6, which featured an 11-3 mark in the spring ... tallied records of 6-1 in singles and 7-1 in doubles against league competition ... played each of the top-five singles flights during the course of the regular season ... totaled records of 2-0 at No. 1, 1-1 at No. 2, 3-1 at No. 3, 5-2 at No. 4 and 6-0 at No. 5 ... also played at each of the three doubles flights, compiling marks of 2-0 at No. 1, 7-2 at No. 2 and 2-1 at No. 3 ... he and Krishna Jana were 5-0 in spring matches (3-0 in league matches) as a doubles team ... also had success playing alongside Aries Wong ... the duo posted a 4-1 record against league foes.

2014-15 –– Ended the spring season with records of 13-9 in singles and 6-5 in doubles ... posted overall marks of 15-11 in singles and 6-6 in doubles ... played four of the six flights in singles (1, 3, 4, 5) and at each of the three flights in doubles ... won six of his nine singles matches that were extended into three sets ... his losses were to players from No. 55 UNC Wilmington, the College of Charleston, No. 53 San Francisco, Saint Mary’s and Pacific ... notched victories vs. foes from Richmond, East Carolina and Arizona.

High School –– Graduated from Memphis University School ... lettered in both tennis and wrestling at the school ... in tennis, was part of teams that won state titles in 2013 and ‘14 and reached the state finals in ‘12 ... individually, won state singles titles in 2012 and ‘14 ... also won regional titles in singles in 2013 and ‘14 ... earned All-America honors in 2012 and ‘14 ... was a member of the National Honor Society, the National History Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society.

Personal –– History major ... mother played tennis while attending Vanderbilt.
