2010-11 (Junior Season):
• Won the Patriot League Outdoor Shot Put Championship, with a PR and IC4A-qualifying effort of 53-11
• Also took first place in the shot put at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet with a mark of 52-9½
• Placed 29th in the shot put at the IC4A Outdoor Championship
• Took first in the shot at the Navy Quad Meet and eighth at the Penn Relays
• Placed 11th in the discus at the IC4A Outdoor Championship with a season-best mark of 160-7
• Scored and took fourth in the discus at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship
• Placed second in the discus at the Army-Navy Meet
• Posted a 158-2 in the discus to take 11th at the Tom Jones Memorial against a stacked field
• Won the discus at the Widener Invite
• Had an indoor season-best shot put of 51-5½ to win the event at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet, an IC4A-qualifying effort

2009-10 (Sophomore Season):
• Navy's top performer in the shot put and discus for the second straight season
• Established new career-bests in the shot put and discus
• Placed third at the Patriot League Indoor Championships in the shot put with a PR of 52-1¼
• Also placed third in the shot put against Army in the indoor Star Meet
• Won shot put event at the Wesley Brown Invitational
• Picked up three outdoor shot put wins, claiming the Military Championship, Pt. Loma Open and the Navy Three-Team Meet
• Also won the discus at the Pt. Loma Open with a PR of 161-6
• Placed second in the discus against Army in the outdoor Star Meet, at the Military Championships and the Navy Three-Team Meet
2008-09 (Freshman Season):
• Navy's top performer in the shot put and discus
• Runner-up in the discus at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships
• One of five athletes (three throwers) to earn all-league recognition
• Delivered a then-PR throw of 161-1 to garner that distinction
• Concluded year as top-ranked freshman discus thrower in Patriot League
• Ranked second among league's first-year shot put throwers
• One of two Navy discus throwers to qualify for IC4As, finished 27th at championship
• Placed third versus Army during indoor dual with season-best 49-8¼ shot put effort
• Scored in two events at outdoor Star Meet; placing fourth in shot put, fifth in discus

• A 2007 graduate of Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego
• Four-year letterwinner on track team, competing in shot put and discus
• Two-time league champion and state finalist in shot put
