2010-11 (Junior Season):
• Earned Second-Team All-Patriot League honors by placing second in the 800m at the outdoor league meet with a PR time of 1:52.00
• Also ran on Navy's 4x800m relay team that posted a 7:27.55 at the IC4A Outdoor Championship, earning All-East honors
• The 7:27.55 is the second fastest outdoor 4x800m time in school history
• Ran a 1:52.72 in the 800m at the Tom Jones Memorial, placing sixth
• Placed second in the 800m at the outdoor Navy Quad Meet and was third at the Point Loma Open and Sam Howell Invite
• Top 800m time during the indoor season was a 1:56.91 at the Navy Invitational
• Placed fourth at the Navy Four-Team Meet in the 500m with a time of 1:05.55
2009-10 (Sophomore Season):
• Competed in the 400m, 500m and 800m
• Top 800m time of the year was a 1:54.47 at the outdoor Point Loma Open
• Ran a 1:55.45 in the 800m at the indoor Wesley Brown Invitational
• Member of 4x800m relay team that placed ninth at the IC4A Outdoor Championship
2008-09 (Freshman Season):
• Earned Second-Team All-Patriot League honors with a second place finish in the distance medley relay (10:11.74) at the indoor league meet
• Member of 4x800m relay team that placed eighth at the IC4A Indoor Championship (7:37.33), earning IC4A All-East honors
• Member of 4x800m relay team that placed 16th at the IC4A Outdoor Championship
• Clocked a 1:06.46 to place 10th at the Patriot League Indoor Championship in the 500m
• Posted a 1:55.33 in the 800m to place second at the Point Loma Invite
High School / Personal:
• Attended Lee's Summit North High School, where he earned four letters in track and field
• Competed in the 400m and 800m events
• Helped team to a pair of state championships in 2005 and 2007
• Earned all-state honors in the 800m and the 4x800mm in both 2007 and 2008
• Also earned all-state honors in the 4x400m in 2007
• Served as the team captain for track and field as a senior
