2010-11 (Junior Season):
• Finished fifth in the mile at the IC4A Indoor Championship (4:08.85) to earn All-East honors
• Ran a season-best 4:08.12 in the prelims of the mile run at the IC4As
• Was third in the mile at the Patriot League Championships (4:10.09) - Navy went 1-2-3 in the event
• Placed fourth in the mile at the Wesley Brown Invitational with a time of 4:08.97
• Won the mile run at the Navy Invitational
• Ran a 2:27.29 to place third in the 1,000m at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet
• Ran the first leg of Navy's Patriot League Indoor Champion distance medley relay team (9:56.23)
• Ran a 3:54.42 in the 1,500m run to place third at the Widener Invite
• Placed 24th in the prelims of the 1,500m at the IC4A Outdoor Championship
• Ran a leg of the 4xMile Relay that took sixth place at the Penn Relays Championship of America race (16:32.59)
• Placed in Navy's top-five in each of the six cross country races he competed in
2009-10 (Sophomore Season):
• Earned All-East honors with an eighth-place finish in the 1,000 at the IC4A Indoor Championships
• Finished second in the mile at the Navy Five-Team Meet
• Set a PR with a time of 2:28.07 in the 1,000 prelims at the IC4A Indoor Championships
• Established a PR in the mile with a time of 4:14.81 to place fourth at the Princeton Dual
• Placed fourth in the 1,000 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships
• Competed in seven cross country meets, posting two top-10 finishes
2008-09 (Freshman Season):
• Ran a PR 3:57.33 in the 1500 at Navy Tri-Meet
• Placed third in the mile with a season-best time of 4:17.70 at Navy Tri-Meet
• Finished third in the 1,000 at the indoor Star Meet and 12th in the Patriot League Indoor Championships
• Saw action in four cross country races, scoring twice
• Named Patriot League Cross Country Rookie of the Year
High School / Personal:
• Attended Fork Union Military Academy, where he earned four letters in cross country and track
• Named an All-American in track
• Was a two-time state champion in the 1,600-meter run
• He twice earned all-state honors in cross country
• Helped the cross country and track teams win state titles during each of his final-two years
• Son of Brian Haney and Rose Mary Brogan
• His uncle, Mark, is a 1998 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy
• Majoring in ocean engineering
