• Set a new Navy school record (14:03.10) in winning the 5,000m at the Patriot League Indoor Championship

• Won the PL Outdoor 5,000m title for the third straight year
• Won the IC4A 5,000m individual title at the outdoor meet (14:00.11)
• Took first in the 1,500m at the Patriot League Outdoor Meet with a season-best time of 3:47.39
• Ran an outdoor PR of 13:56.93 in the 5,000m run at the War Eagle Invite, the third fastest outdoor 5K time in school history
• Placed 20th in the 5,000m at the NCAA East Regional (14:16.90)
• Ran a leg of the 4xMile Relay that took sixth place at the Penn Relays Championship of America race (16:32.59)
• Placed second in the mile at the Patriot League indoor meet. Navy went 1-2-3 in the event

Junior Season (2009-10):

• Finished third at the IC4A Indoor Championships in the 5,000 with a career-best 14:19.69

• Also a double winner at the outdoor league meet, sweeping the 1,500 and 5,000 races

• Won 3,000 title at Patriot League Indoor Championship with season-best time of 8:19.33
• His 3,000 effort stood as the conference's second-fastest clocking
• Capped spring by winning conference's 5,000 crown at outdoor league meet
• Recorded season-best 14:27.86 in winning 5,000 effort against Army during spring; it was the third-fastest time recorded all year by a Patriot League runner
• IC4A qualifier in the mile and as part of team's DMR effort at the Hoosier Hills Invite
• Tallied five individual wins: two against Army and two at the conference meets
• Along with 5k win during spring, also won 3k race at indoor Star Meet in West Point
• Again was a standout during fall cross country season, earning First-Team All-Patriot League and All-Mid-Atlantic Region team honors
Freshman Season (2007-08):
• Immediately established himself as one of team's top distance runners
• Produced Navy's top times in three events: mile, 3,000 and 5,000
• Set Navy freshman record in 3,000 at Iowa State Classic with time of 8:15.58
• Notched four individual wins, including PR in mile at Penn State Open (4:09.99)
• Earned second-team all-league laurels with runner-up outdoor 5,000 effort
• Also posted fifth-place finish in 3,000m at indoor league meet
• Placed ninth in the mile at IC4A Championship
• Scored in two events versus Army leading Navy to seventh-straight indoor N-Star
• Placed second in mile with his fastest time of the year in Halsey Field House (4:12.21) and grabbed third in the 3,000m
• Won the 5,000 against Army during outdoor dual, helping Navy to 20th indoor & outdoor N-Star sweep in school history
• Produced career-best 3:52.02 in the 1,500 at home meet on March 22; stood as team's third-fastest time in the event
• Earned conference's Rookie of the Week honor three times (1/29, 2/5, 2/19)
• Named Patriot League Cross County Rookie of the Year

• A 2007 graduate of Trinity Christian School in Montville, N.J.
• Earned track All-America honors in the 5,000m
• Recognized as an all-state member in the outdoor 3,200m

• He twice claimed the state title in the 3,200m
• Named an all-county indoor and outdoor track runner in 2006 and `07
