2009-10 (Sophomore Season):
• Clocked a 51.76 in the 400m at the Navy Three-Team Meet
• Ran a 23.29 in the 200m at the Navy Three-Team Meet
• Ran a 23.64 in the 200m at the Navy Quad Meet
• Clocked a 53.07 in the 400m at the Princeton Dual
• Also competed in 4x400m relay at Navy Three-Team Meet and the Princeton Dual
• Competed in the distance medley relay at the Navy Invitational
2008-09 (Freshman Season):
• Ran a 23.41 in the 200m at the Point Loma Invite
• Posted a 52.52 in the 400m at the Point Loma Invite
High School / Personal:
• Attended St. Anslem's Abbey in Washington, DC, where he lettered four times in track and field, four times in soccer and three times in basketball
• Also spent a year at the Naval Academy Preparatory School
• Won league titles in track and field in the 4x400m, 4x200m, distance medley relay, sprint medley relay, 800m and 300m hurdles
• Owns his school record in the 300m hurdles
