High School / Personal:
• Was a member of the Navy sprint football team in 2010 and the Navy varsity football team in 2011
• Saw action in all seven games and had four catches for 36 yards on the sprint football team as a freshman
• A 2010 graduate of Eleanor Roosevelt High School, where he earned 16 letters in football (4), baseball (3), track (3), hockey (4), swimming (1) and cheerleading (1)
• Named all-county in baseball his senior year and was the team's leading hitter, helping Eleanor Roosevelt to the state semifinals
• Named senior scholar-athlete of the year and student government president
• Son of Ray (USNA, '78) and Annette Kempisty
