• Also placed seventh in the weight throw at the Patriot League Indoor Championships with a season-best throw of 51'9¾"
• Placed third in the hammer throw at the Pt. Loma Invite, Navy Three-Team Meet and the Widener Open

Sophomore Season (2008-09):
• Delivered breakthrough fourth-place effort in weight throw at conference championship
• Produced career-best toss of 53'11" at that meet, smashing previous PR of 49'11"
• That effort ranked fourth on the team and seventh among league throwers
• Finished just out of scoring position in seventh in hammer at outdoor league meet
• Increased his personal-best in the hammer by 31 feet, five inches
• Also improved upon his freshman PR in the weight throw by nearly 11 feet

• Team's fourth-ranked hammer thrower
• Registered season-best hammer toss of 135'6" in March 29 home meet
