• Ran a 23.46 in the 200m dash at the outdoor Navy Five-Team Meet
• Posted a 23.54 in the 200m at the indoor Navy Quad Meet, placing 13th
• Took ninth in the 200m at the Princeton Dual at 24.03

• A 2010 graduate of Grand Junction High School, where he earned four letters in track and field and one in football
• All-State honoree and team captain for track and field squad
• Competed in the sprints events
• Attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School during the 2010-11 academic year
