• Also won the javelin at the Point Loma Invite (210-5), Point Loma Open (195-11) and the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet (182-3)
• An injury forced him to miss the Patriot League Outdoor Championship and IC4A Championship
• Competed in the discus at the Point Loma Invite, placing third
• Navy's top-ranked long jumper, making a season-best outdoor mark of 23-1¾ to place third at the Army-Navy Meet
• Scored and placed third in the long jump at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (23-¾), an indoor season-best performance
• Placed second in the long jump at the Princeton Dual and the Army-Navy Meet

2009-10 (Freshman Season):
• Team's top-ranked long jumper
• Set a PR in the long jump with a distance of 23-10 to win the Navy Three-Team
• Won the long jump at the indoor Star Meet with a jump of 23-4
• Placed second in the long jump at the outdoor Star Meet
• Scored and placed sixth in the long jump at the Patriot League Indoor Championship
• Ranked second on the team in the javelin throw
• Scored and placed fifth in the javelin at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a season-best throw of 203-3
