Navy Men's Track Team Participates In The Princeton Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. - The Navy men's track team had five individuals participate in the Princeton Invitational. Senior Johathan Hayes provisionally qualified for the NCAA's in the steeplechase with a time of 8:48.53, which was good enough for second place. Other Mids participating in the meet included senior Jan Tanjuan, who finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles in a time of 14.74; junior Dan Chapman, who placed sixth in the triple jump with a leap of 14.35 meters; sophomore Ben Morris finished third in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:48; while Geoff Miller placed fourth in the hammer throw with a toss of 176'0". Navy will be back in action May 17-20 at the IC4A Championship at Princeton.
