Filipowicz in 2010-11 (So.): Served as Navy's top 149-pounder for most of the season where he posted a 12-12 record, including a 1-2 mark in dual action ... opened the season by placing fourth at the Eastern Michigan Open ... went on to take first place at the Navy Classic, defeating Bloomsburg's Josh Roosa in the championship bout, 5-2 ... did not place, but competed at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, Reno Tournament of Champions, Southern Scuffle and All-Academy Championship ... recorded a 14-4 major decision over Franklin & Marshall's Andrew Murano in his first-collegiate dual.
2009-10 (Fr.): Finished his rookie season with a 4-5 record ... did not place, but compete at the Navy Classic and the Nittany Lion Open ... earned his first-collegiate victory against George Mason's Jaaziah Bethea in the opening round of the Navy Classic.
