• Raced in seven meets during his junior year

• Rounded out the team's scoring five with a 121st-place time of 26:14.7 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/27)
• One week later, he produced the team's fourth-best time - 111th overall - with a 25:14 clocking at the Notre Dame Invitational (10/3)
• Placed 12th overall in the Star Meet against Army with a time of 25:15.7 (10/18)
• Opened the year with a 12th-place performance out of 176 runners at the Fordham Invitational, courtesy of his 27:13.21 showing (9/6)
2007:
• Saw action in seven meets as a sophomore
• Finished among the scoring five in five races and displaced in the other two
• Placed among the overall top 20 runners three times
• Rounded out the team's scoring five with a 20th-place time of 27:16 at the Fordham Invitational
• Crossed the finish line 17th overall in the Navy Invitational with a 25:02.7 clocking
• Produced the team's third-best time - 26th overall - at the Iona Meet of Champions by virtue of his 26:09.1 showing
• Completed the team's scoring group at each of the next-two meets - the Roy Griak Invitational and Army-Navy Star Meet
• Landed in 23rd place at the Patriot League Championship with a time of 27:01.6
2006:
• Ran in all-eight races during his freshman year
• Finished among team's top-six runners in each meet, scoring seven times
• Totaled five top 20 efforts
• Opened the year with a second-place time of 25:43 at the Sea Gull Opener
• Placed 12th out of 180 runners at the Fordham Invitational with a 26:45 clocking
• Followed with an 11th-place showing in the Navy Invitational by virtue of his 25:50.13 showing
• Recorded team's third-fastest time - a 25:25 clocking - at the Notre Dame Invitational
• Came in 18th place at the Patriot League Championship with his time of 26:54.1 - the highest finish by a freshman runner in the league
• Boasted squad's second-fastest time - 48th overall - at the 10k NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championship with a time of 32:01.4
