Navy Men's Cross Country Team to Compete at the Paul Short Invitational

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy men's cross country team heads to Bethlehem, Pa. to compete in the 27th Paul Short Invitational on Saturday, hosted by Lehigh University.

The Midshipmen are coming off an eighth place finish at the 6th Annual Brother John "Paddy" Doyle Meet of Champions on September 30. Pacing the Mids was freshman Eric Schmidt. Schmidt took 43rd with a time of 25:38.6, edging out teammate Aaron Lanzel's time of 25:38.9. Senior Justin Mikolay came in 45th with a time of 25:45.1.
