High School Graduated from Saint Pius X High School in Albuquerque, N.M. ... played basketball, softball and track during her prep career ... was a two-time all-state selection in basketball ... also set the state record in the javelin while winning the state title in that event and the discus as a senior ... selected as the Albuquerque Athlete of the Year during her final season at the school ... was a member of the school's student council ... attended the Naval Academy Prep School during the 2009-10 academic year.
