Asst. Coach, Navy Women's Basketball, 2005-pres.
Joined the Navy coaching staff during the summer of 2004.
Serves as Navy's recruiting coordinator.
Asst. Coach/Interim Head Coach, Winthrop, 2003-04
Hired as an assistant coach at Winthrop during the summer of 2003.
Became the interim head coach at the school for the final half of the 2003-04 season.
Assistant Coach, Marshall, 1997-2001
Served as an assistant coach at Marshall for four seasons.
Selected as the Graduate Assistant Coach of the Year by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association and the Women's Sports Foundation following the 1997-98 campaign.

Founded and ran the Darrah Metz Basketball Academy.
Served as the softball coach at Bridgeport High School (2003).
Was an associate clinic manager for the Kodak All-America Team (1998-01).
Collegiate Playing Career, Marist, 1992-96
Lettered in basketball during each of her four seasons at Marist.
Served as the team captain during her senior season.
Also earned three letters in softball and helped Marist win the 1996 Northeast Conference title in the sport.

Entered college after earning letters in three sports at Wheeling Central Catholic High School (Wheeling, W. Va.).
Named to a pair of all-state teams in basketball and volleyball, garnered Honorable Mention All-America accolades in basketball and was tabbed as an All-American and the West Virginia Player of the Year in volleyball.
