Shooting Struggles Hurt Women's Basketball in Loss
A poor shooting night cost the Navy women's basketball team in a 58-40 loss to Loyola Saturday afternoon at Reitz Arena in Baltimore. The Mids (22-6, 12-5 Patriot League) shot 30 percent from the field in the loss to the Greyhounds (8-20, 6-11), who shot 40 percent for the game.

The Game
Navy will play host to Loyola Monday at 7 p.m. in the quarterfinal round of the Patriot League Tournament. will have links to free live video via the Patriot League Network and live statistics from the game, and WNAV will carry the audio portion of the broadcast.

Navy Update
Navy closed its regular season with a 76-49 victory over American. The win for the third-seeded Mids snapped a two-game losing streak.

Loyola Update
After losing five-straight games, Loyola ended the regular season with back-to-back wins to garner the No. 6 seed in the event. The Greyhounds enter the game following a 65-52 win over Boston U.

2017-18 Games
The teams split the season series, with the home team winning each game in convincing fashion. The Mids posted a 73-44 victory on Dec. 29 and the Greyhounds won a 58-40 decision on Feb. 24.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth online in advance of the game at The Alumni Hall Ticket Office will open one hour prior to the start of the game.

USNA Vehicle Access
Vehicle access to the U.S. Naval Academy is limited to those with a Department of Defense identification card. It is suggested that everyone else park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium ($5. per vehicle) and ride the free shuttle bus to and from the game. Shuttle bus service will begin one hour prior to tip. Note that a government issued identification card must be carried and presented by visitors ages 18 and older to the USNA prior to being allowed onto The Yard.
